Who judges your idea — and why you can trust a “don’t”
The reviewer
Abhijeet Aryan
Founder of ventureforge; builder and operator of live algorithmic trading systems; author of the ventureforge evaluation methodology and its fixed scoring rubric.
Every Reality Check is reviewed and signed by name. The judgments in your report — which competitors are real, what each piece of evidence actually supports — are made by this person, in writing, with a stated reason for every ruling. Nothing about your verdict is anonymous.
How a verdict is reached
AI drafts the research leads; real, cited sources are gathered for them; the reviewer judges every category with a written rationale bound to those citations; and a fixed, deterministic rubric computes the verdict from the reviewer’s tags. The rubric was frozen before your idea arrived, and every report carries the arithmetic to recompute its own verdict by hand. The reviewer cannot nudge a score, and neither can you.
The no-flattery commitment
Most tools that look at your idea are built to encourage you — chatbots agree with you, mentors soften the blow, friends want you happy. VentureForge is built the other way: when the gathered evidence says don’t build this, your report says NO_GO, plainly and with the sources attached. We consider a founder we talked out of six wasted months our best possible outcome. If you want permission, this is the wrong product; if you want the truth as the checkable record shows it, that is the entire product.
Your idea's confidentiality
Your idea is read only by the reviewer named above. It is never published, never shared, never used to train anything, and deleted on request. Questions before submitting? Write to abhijeetaryan@gmail.com — the person who answers is the person who would judge your idea.
